I asked for the name of the owner or manager, but was told there was no manager, just hired staff. Sharon eventually provided the name of the owner, Jeremy T., who later suggested that another customer may have added the tip to my card. I expressed my dissatisfaction with how the situation was handled and the owner abruptly ended the call. I will not be returning to this establishment, as it appears they condone theft and lack customer service skills. I advise anyone who uses their card at this restaurant to carefully review their transactions."
