"As for the clam chowder, it was even worse! At first, the bowl wasn’t filled more than halfway, which made us feel like we were being cheated. The chowder was burnt, watery, and completely lacking in flavor. There were only about five small pieces of potato and mussel in it.
I usually don’t complain about food in restaurants, even when it's not up to par, but I felt I had to say something about the chowder. When I mentioned to a young male employee that it tasted burnt, I politely asked for a refund. Instead of being helpful, he rudely asked if we had eaten any of it. Yes, we wanted to give it a try! He then told me he couldn’t refund my money since we had tasted it. He refused to offer any solution, and that was shocking. Is this what you call good customer service?
I will never return to this establishment, and I will definitely warn as many people as possible to avoid this place. It’s truly awful!"
