"Prior to writing this, I took a few days to think. I was here with my family one year ago and everything was amazing! We decided to go again this year around the same time, and it was a terrible experience. We looked at google, and the hours stated open. It was a Saturday at 415pm, so yes, I assumed it would be open, which is partly my fault. We walked through the back patio area and were greeted by a lady saying rudely, What are you doing here. We don 't open until 5pm. We said, we are here because google states you are open 12-9 . She continued to state, Well, we aren 't open, and the tasting room is open yet either. This was after a nicer gentleman saw we were confused by her tone. He was attempting to allow us to sit and have a drink to wait for dinner.After this, the lady turned around and made rude comments to another staff member working.This entire experience turned my stomach. I can look beyond attitudes, but we drove over an hour and were treated terribly."
