"Only getting one star bc I cant give them 0 stars. I went out to eat with my brother and sister for dinner this sunday evening, and we ordered our food.. everything is great. There 's like one waitress one (she was fabulous, waiting tables, running food and seating guests). Later on we get our check and there 's a few issues we wanted to ask about on our check. We were overcharged by almost 30 bucks. So the waitress asked her manager and came back with a new check. They took just under $8 off.. we were still overcharged by $20 or so. the wait asked if we were ready to pay (we were all cashapp 'ing to one person so we were figuring out who was to pay what) so we asked just for another minute.. When the manager Jim comes over, takes his wallet out and throws $5 at us saying I 'm not going to fxcking argue with you over a couple of dollars . First of all Jim, it was a lot more than a couple dollars. Secondly that was horribly rude, and severely unprofessional."

"As a 14 year old I walked into the store and went in line as a normal customer would, soon later an elderly couple went behind us in line and we had some small talk and we offered them to go in front of us, but they politely declined. Soon after the waitress behind the desk had black hair, she was slightly on the shorter side, came up to the desk and went to service the old folks behind first then states “The boys can wait” even the nice lady behind said to serve us first but the waitress completely ignored this. Me and my friend felt offended and violated as we are also paying customers for this friendly’s. Everytime we have come we have noticed we were being served with slight anger and disrespect, this is the last straw. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional, I further will not be attending this location unless the young lady that treated me wrong apologizes. I do will not accept this behavior anymore."

"Inconsistent experience! I ordered takeout and was completely ignored by one staff member while she asked questions to her coworkers. A younger girl, chewing gum, glanced at me and asked the lady behind me if she was picking up. It felt like I was invisible, especially since my bag was right there on the counter waiting for me. Instead of assisting me, the staff member chose to help the next customer whose order wasn't waiting. The staff was rude and there are always new faces. If this keeps up, they may be closing soon. Come on, Friendly's, get it together!"

"It wasn't super busy it was a Wednesday evening I had to ask for silver where I had to ask for napkins we had to ask for refills on drinks even though the cop was sitting on the edge of the table... Then I got soup to go because it was really good and I got a Sunday container that was halfway full of soup which I don't think would be there to go container for soup it literally was a ladle full I was very disappointed we usually go there and it's excellent maybe it was just an off night"

"Yesterday was our best experience at any restaurant!!!!! Hannah was our waitress and we adored her. She was patient, kind, very friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. She was very assertive and made our visit a great one. Our food was hot and delicious; our wait time was minimal, booth was clean, drinks were cold and our ice cream was even better. In fact we enjoyed our meal and experience so much we went back today and Hannah was our waitress again. She made todays meal just as enjoyable as yesterday’s! I highly recommend that anyone thinking of going to Friendly’s on Aviation Rd ask for Hannah. I guarantee she’ll be the best waitress you’ve ever had, which in my opinion makes the experience so much better. Thanks Hannah we’ll keep coming back that’s for sure!"

"I took my family to this restaurant after my daughter's graduation ceremony. We ordered an American Burger, a Bacon Burger, Chicken Tenders, and a Philly Cheese Steak Melt, and everyone had Sundaes to take home. To be honest, the food was slightly overcooked, but it was served hot. It felt pretty much like a typical fast food diner experience. However, what really stood out was our waitress, Karleigh B. Despite appearing a bit tired, she remained very friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. She managed to deliver our orders to the right people without any confusion. The Sundaes were fantastic, and she truly turned an average experience into something enjoyable. Additionally, the manager even went out to grab milk just for my daughter's milkshake."
