"We were unfortunately seated near the hostess station, Bench seat on one side and chair on the other sort of thing. We asked for alternative seating but they couldn't wouldn't do it. We both had steak and potatos with salad, the food was pretty good, steak may have been a little undercooked, but still good. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but Mt. Vernon is limited on nice places to eat, so this is one of the 2 options for a decent dining experience. I couldn't give it 5 stars, but will go again, insisting on better seating."
