"The next day, I went back around 4 PM to talk to the person who handles payments. He was extremely rude. First, he told me they didn’t have any fish available and went to check in the back. When he returned, he said the fish comes cleaned. I explained that while it may have been gutted, it wasn’t scaled, which caused me to choke at home. He then launched into a story about a customer who received the wrong order and suggested I should have brought my fish back to show them.
Despite showing him the photos I had taken, his response was dismissive and rude. He insisted that I should have returned within 24 hours, but if I had gone back just 23 hours later with his attitude, he might have claimed I didn’t purchase it from there. I still had my receipt, but without the fish, it would have been difficult to prove.
It really would have been better if he had learned how to communicate with customers. A more empathetic approach could have changed my experience entirely, and I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review."
