"This restaurant might be well-regarded in Mandeville, but my experience in Baton Rouge was disappointing. They promote their roast beef poboy as a longstanding specialty, but it turned out to be the driest sandwich I’ve ever had. The fries and mozzarella sticks were clearly frozen, likely sourced from a low-cost supplier. The service was poor as well; the waitstaff informed us that the large poboy doesn’t come with fries because it’s too big to need them. Really? If you’re paying extra for a larger sandwich and the smaller one includes fries, then why isn’t that true for the large? It just doesn’t make sense. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills. If you're craving a better roast beef sandwich, I'd suggest heading to Arby's instead!"
