"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was upbeat and the service was excellent. I asked for recommendations from the staff, which is something I don't normally do at Taco John's, and they even let me sample a few options before deciding. "I come here all the time, I ordered on door dash today and unfortunately they forgot my nacho cheese sauce and the limes for my tacos but when I called (not to complain) just to let them know so they are more careful about it in the future the manager on duty was super amazing he was very friendly and understanding. The tacos were the best tacos I’ve had there in 2 years! Definitely want to say thank you to the manager that took my phone call tonight. Keep doing an amazing job! "I come here because I was out by the mall went inside to order I was the only person a little girl to counter was very nice very polite. It took a moment for them to see me everybody's not used to people coming in now days. A food was fresh hot and the potatoes were awesome I'll go again"

"I highly recommend trying the potato oles with cheese sauce at this restaurant. We also ordered the chicken grilled burrito, which was delicious. The combo meals are very filling. We have never had any issues with them forgetting our order when we use the drive-thru. During our last visit, we noticed that the dining room was open, but we opted to just go through the drive-thru."

"During our first visit, we found a charming little restaurant. We ordered the soft tacos, grilled steak, and the potato bar. While the portions were small for the price, the meal was incredibly spicy—so much so that I couldn't finish it. However, when we're back in town, we'll definitely give the potato rounds and some other dishes a try."

"The drive-thru was busy, so I opted to go inside. I can't say whether it was quicker or not, but I truly enjoyed the friendly chat I had with the 17-year-old behind the counter. "Drive-thru guy was very polite and nice. However when I open my Boss burrito to eat in my car, as I'm in the middle of doing laundry at a laundromat, it's split completely down the middle. This made it impossible to eat in my car. Now I have to wait until I get home so I can put it on a plate and use a fork... Which will be in over an hour, so my food will be cold. In the future please do not give someone a burrito ripped down the middle. That's not what it's supposed to be presented like. Normally when people get food to go, they're eating it on the go. The whole reason I got a burrito instead of tacos was to not make a mess in my car. And to be perfectly honest I'm not a fan of the flavor of the rice. It tastes like soap."

"Updating 9/18, 2023 830pm. This is the 3rd time ive had to retun to get the sour cream. And, it's also the 3rd time the one's were absolutely terrible. My kids or I couldn't eat them . Please toss the ole's if they look bad. I love taco John's but, i might have ti goto a different location that cares about their product in the evenings. You can do better guys. we love your food and look forward ti a good meal. Please keep that in mind when we (customers). pull up. "It’s such a love hate with this place. Love the food but always have issues with order accuracy. Countless times coming through drive through on lunch or after work and missing an item. Missing the featured item in a combo is just neglectful to even care. Just make sure you check your items and you’ll have a decent experience."
