"Moshi Moshi recently opened and are still getting their bearings. But when I went there, I had a top notch Tonkotsu Ramen (pork bone broth soup). For all the diverse food options of Tacoma, one that I've felt was missing has been a good place for ramen. The price was reasonable and what I had expected. I liked the restaurant's clean dinning room and it had a fun mural at the back that added character to the modern interior The noodles in the tonkatsu soaked in a lot of the broth's flavor with a smooth texture and complimenting taste. The broth itself, was one of the best I've had. It was rich, it was complex, and it was bold but not overpowering the ramen's other ingredients. My only wish, is that they add just a little more broth, only about a half cup, to enjoy sips between the noodles and pork. The pork, was high quality, a light sear on the sides, and so tender it melted in the mouth and released all the soaked in broth. If you're looking for Ramen in Tacoma, Moshi Moshi is the place to go. Also, this is just me, but I hope they put a sign on their door, because I passed by it like, twice."
