"Today, we tried to order a pizza as we have countless times before without any issues. However, we learned that there is a new policy stating that they do not deliver beyond a 3-mile radius. While I understand the reasoning behind it, especially with the rising gas prices, the problem is that according to Google Maps, we are only 1.1 miles away! When I called the store, the staff member informed me that her system indicated we were more than 3 miles away. Just as a comparison, another Casey's location on the opposite side of town is about 3.6 miles from us.
I still love the pizza and the restaurant, but if your system is saying that customers just a mile away are outside the delivery range, then it definitely needs to be adjusted. This kind of mistake can limit your delivery options and ultimately impact your business. I hope you can resolve this issue soon."
