"I'm giving this place a 1-star rating because, while their food is good, the delivery experience is not acceptable. The delivery person refused to come upstairs and stayed in his car, only getting out to hand me the bag. He didn’t even approach my building! This is frustrating, as I pay for the convenience of having food delivered to my home, not to have to go out to the car. If that’s the case, what's the point of tipping? The delivery fee is already included, so it feels pointless. I just wish they would complete the job as expected."
