"I've visited this location several times, but my experience yesterday (9/28/22) was the worst so far. There always seem to be new staff, and one of the cashiers appeared to be poorly trained in taking orders. Our food arrived too quickly, and while it was very hot on the outside, the inside was cold. The shrimp had clearly been reheated and were mushy, the turkey necks tasted less fresh, and the potatoes were hard. To make matters worse, the crabs were icy cold on the inside. It was just unacceptable. This used to be one of our favorite spots, but after this experience, we won't be back anytime soon. It felt like a waste of both time and money."
