"For the Jackson Street location.Food is pretty good, so the lines can get pretty long on most days. There is a waiting list, but even with that, you should not be surprised that your food might come out later than someone else's food, even if they came later than you.Soups are about as salty as the typical phó restaurant. And the food might not be as fresh depending on how busy they are. On some of the days we were there, they were out of sriracha, for example. The appetizers like the spring rolls or the fries are not great. The spring rolls always come out small dry. It's not great if you're having the fresh shrimp spring roll because it means it's been laid out for a while. The french fries are also hit-n-miss as they are sometimes fresh, but most times, they have been lying out for a while can be dry stale.Inside, they have hip mixed asian music playing, so the energy is good, but sometimes it's blasting, so you're having to talk over it. They have an eclectic Seattle-asian vibe that I can appreciate for decor. The service is friendly but not responsive. We sometimes will have to remind our server of an appetizer or drink that was missed.Midas 3-stars for the service.Midas 4-stars for just the pho."
