Since I was celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, I had hoped for a special dessert to mark the occasion. Even though I had mentioned the celebration to the staff, there were no extra touches to make it feel special. It’s a minor issue, but it prevented Launderette from receiving a perfect five-star rating.
