"I have never written a negative review for anything but I think I have to after having eaten here tonight. We hadn't been to Frank's in over 10 years and, before tonight, we remember it being of good quality. We wanted some good steaks tonight, so we went there.Well our experience was not really good at all. First, no one was available when we walked in to seat us. The bartender saw that we walked in and ignored us. There were only one or two other tables seated (it was only around 4pm when we got in there . One of us tried to find someone to seat us, and we did and then we were promptly seated in a completely empty section (which was fine .The waiter, who seemed most preoccupied in being attentive to the table of women who were there without men, really ignored us most of the time, other than the requisite initial drink and food orders.We had to flag him down two times by getting two other people to help us find him (for another drink one time, and to get the check the 2nd time . He never came over to ask how the food was after it came out (and mine was undercooked, but I learned years ago from people I know who work in restaurants that you NEVER return your food in even fancy places! Some members of the staff in a lot of places have a field day with your food when you do! .When we asked for the check, he never even asked if we wanted dessert (and we did! . He was way too preoccupied with the few female patrons at their tables (I believe there were 2 other seated tables .The food the garlic steak had little to no garlic taste. Same thing with the garlic spinach. Surprising, when they bill that the garlic is a big part of the meal. The food wasn't bad it just was uh and certainly not of the quality that warrants a $225.00 check for two people.Usually, we have a good experience at any restaurant we go to. We felt it was important to note this. It might just have been an off time and the waiter would probably have more success on dating apps than trying to flirt with the women in the place who aren't with men."

"After customers who arrived after us were served and left, an employee informed us that our order had not been placed by our waitress. The waitress then claimed that the kitchen was backed up, which was untrue as we saw other tables being served. The owner avoided us and did not address the issue, only offering a $3.00 discount for their mistake. This is the second and final negative experience I have had at this restaurant. I try to support local businesses, but waiting over an hour and being lied to is not acceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"The food at this restaurant is below the quality of many other places in the area. It's disappointing to see that Francos allows their delivery drivers to park on all corners of the intersection, blocking crosswalks and curb cuts. This is a real concern for the neighborhood, especially for local children and elderly residents, if anyone is paying attention to their safety. Regarding kid-friendliness: there were 42 pedestrian deaths in Philadelphia last year."

"Upon our arrival, there seemed to be some confusion with the wait staff. Despite the restaurant being at half capacity, we waited over thirty minutes for our first drink after being seated. We had to rely on a waiter who was not assigned to our table to bring us our drinks from the bar. Our server was often absent for long periods of time. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks, followed closely by our main meal after our drink order was finally taken. Our server did not check on us after serving our meal. The live band playing in the small space made it difficult to converse with our dining companions. Overall, we would not recommend dining at J K."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! The dining decor is stunningly beautiful and inviting, they have done a fantastic job in creating a separate space from the pizzeria. I gathered some friends and brought along 2 bottles of our favorite white wine. My sister, who is a vegetarian, had plenty of options to choose from, including a delicious pizza. It was fantastic! The entrees were generously portioned, just like the pasta dishes. The new owner made sure to personally check on each table. Whether you want to dine in and enjoy a great meal or simply order takeout, this restaurant is amazing."

"I went there for lunch. It was a weekday but it was quite crowded and lively, so I think it's better to make a reservation. The interior has a simple atmosphere. It feels like a cafe restaurant, so it's relaxing. It is used by a wide range of customers, from families to businessmen. And the food is very delicious! It seems to suit Japanese tastes. The main course and drink are included in the price of $13, which is a great value for money in Waikiki. There is no other place in Waikiki where you can eat lunch at this price, other than the food court. It was great. There was a diaper changing station in the restroom, so mothers with children can feel at ease. It seems like you can easily go alone. Overall it was good. ランチで利用しました。平日でしたが結構混んでおり、賑わっておりましたので、席予約はしておいた方がいいと思いました。店内は素朴な雰囲気。カフェレストランという感じでホッとします。ファミリーからビジネスマンまで幅広い層のお客さんが利用しています。そして食事はとっても美味しい！日本人の舌に合う感じ。メインにドリンクもついて13ドルはワイキキではめちゃくちゃコスパ良いです。フードコート以外で、お店でこのお値段でランチ食べれるところはワイキキにはないです。素晴らしい。お手洗いにおむつ替えシートが設置してあったので子供がいるママも安心。気軽に1人でも行けそう。総合的に良かったです。"

"Every time I go to North Carolina, I make it a point to take my family to this restaurant for a meal. Unfortunately, during this visit, the food did not meet the high standards I've come to expect. If there’s a new chef in charge, they definitely need more training. The service was good, but the food was quite disappointing. I paid for my meal, but to be honest, it felt like I should have been compensated for the lackluster food I received. I rated them 3 stars primarily for the service, and the restaurant itself was clean."

"The one star is because the people who work there are kind. We spent 20 minutes trying to order affordable food that we would also like. I am shocked by how expensive Mexican food is. $3.50 for a side of just RICE or just BEANS?! I know food prices have gone up but pretty sure you can buy a whole bag or rice or beans for that price. But beyond that the quality of food at this restaurant is very low. You only get to choose between shredded chicken and ground beef (both flavorless) for burritos or tacos otherwise it's an up charge. The guacamole tasted pre-made and wasn't fresh or good. Red sauce was tasteless. Store bought tortillas. Much of the food was left uneaten. I'm so sick of getting nickled and dimed for mediocre food that keeps finding ways to skimp on quality and portion sizes. Food hasn't gotten that much more expensive that we need to run restaurants this way. Won't be going back."

"My waiter, Connor, was excellent. He didn’t hover. Steaks were excellent. Ordered cheesecake to go. It was huge and excellent. My daughter ordered Oscar Salmon and we didn’t realize until we were in the car driving home that she didnt get ANY crabmeat with her meal. That’s a $10 difference from the regular salmon dish. Not happy about that AT ALL. Did I call the restaurant after the fact? No. Had we realized that the kitchen omitted the crabmeat from my daughters dish, we would’ve said something at the time. It’s too late now. Other than that, everything was great!"

"My husband and I went to Looney's Pub a week ago today, March 16, 2020 to attend University of Maryland's Head Basketball Coach's show with The Maryland's Sports Voice Johnny Holliday. We were very impressed and pleased with the Venue. Our server was very attentive even though she had many full tables. The drinks were great. Our Hamburgers were just ok. Obviously, they were not freshly made. They were from frozen premade meat. We compare this Sports Bar to our favorite place, Crystal City Sports Pub in Arlington, Virginia. Looney's Pubs could improve their food in our opinion."

"Ciara Allen and Angelica were our server’s this evening. They definitely did a wonderful job. I’ve been sitting here and I can see the kitchen and what’s going on in there.. Wow! ? those cooks in there are busting their booties off. Well actually everyone in here is doing it.. I was so so happy to see they had the Bacon wrapped Quail back on the menu.. it’s the best. "The pastrami sandwich was a bit chewy, the meat was not tender, nothing special. Spinach knish was good. Service was fast. When we came in there was a line for people wanting to dine in, nobody mentioned we had to put our names on a list. After waiting for a while, people started coming in after us and the person working at the counter told them to add their names to the list and they did before we got a chance. A clear sign with instructions at the door would be helpful"

"This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I had a great experience overall. We were celebrating my mom's husband’s retirement from the police department with a large group of 20, so I anticipated some potential mix-ups. There were a few minor issues; my daughter's medium rare steak came out well done, my son's medium rare was actually quite rare, and my Brussels sprouts were slightly overcooked. However, everything was still delicious. I would definitely recommend this place! Our waitress was fantastic and even surprised the retiree with a slice of cheesecake."
