"Terrible experience! I visited this restaurant on Friday with my father, and while I thought the food was decent, the atmosphere was quite dirty. We spotted a roach crawling nearby, and we even found hair in our food. After my visit, I decided to leave a review on Yelp, but instead of receiving an apology, I got a message from the owner or an employee accusing me of lying and claiming that I wrote a bad review simply because I mentioned my father owns a Chinese restaurant. I was just sharing my honest experience, and their response was completely unwarranted. They even asked me to prove my claims by bringing in my receipt. I will NEVER return to this place. The customer service was appalling, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable! It’s outrageous that they didn’t acknowledge the poor conditions at all. Instead, they created a Yelp account just to respond negatively to my review—how pathetic!"
