"The atmosphere is rustic yet welcoming. Today, I ordered the Ultimate Burger. I have to admit, I'm a bit of a meat enthusiast, particularly when it comes to smoked meat. Since I smoke my own meat, my standards are pretty high—let's just say I don’t dine at Famous Dave’s, haha.
When I took my first bite, I was so blown away that I literally melted into my chair. Finally, I found a place that truly understands smoked meat. This restaurant has met my standards, and I can confidently say it’s the only one in Minnesota that has done so. They deserve all the credit for this achievement.
The burger featured three types of meat, all tender and juicy, and it was seasoned perfectly with a wonderful smoky flavor. The fries were well-portioned, crispy, and delightful. Even 20 minutes after finishing my meal and writing this review, I'm still savoring the taste. These young chefs have done an amazing job, and I hope they expand to Minneapolis!"
