"Usually there is great service but tonight on Saturday June 18 2022 730 pm not so much. Sat in the Bar and bartender was very dull and not inviting. Ordered drinks and got those pretty quick but had to ask to order an appetizer since she did not offer. She brought out the wrong appetizer and then had to wait an additional time just to get the correct one and in that meantime she never asked how we were doing or if we needed anything. Even after bringing our correct appetizer, she weakly apologized but still did not ask to take our order. It was at that point that we had to ask her if it’s OK if we place an order just to get her attention. The bad thing is is that it was not busy at all and felt like this was way below the standards of what we have experienced previously sitting in booths. I know it is about the food but the service is what also makes you want to come back to a particular location. The name on the bartender shirt was Elle and she was definitely not personable to be in her position. I know that no one is perfect and what they do but when you’re in a hospitality position, you have to show hospitality and be inviting. For my rating on the food I give it a 10 and for the rating on the service I give it a one."

"Usually my pizza is great but this time it was messed up. They got my order wrong and it was my fault also I didn't look at the pie before I left also if I would've I would've seen there was pepperoni on it (I specifically said NO pepperoni Only sausage mushroom and Extra cheese) so I was partially at fault too."

"Wasn't impressed when I ate here many years ago. Decided to give them another chance and order take out about a month ago after hearing good things and I wasn't impressed at all. The best thing I ate was the side salad. The garlic knots were very heavy and I could only eat one bite. The calamari was bland with no flavor. "I was traveling through on business when I decided to stop by the WG from a recommendation from a friend. I got there at 3pm as they were closed to set up for dinner. I started to walk away when the owner sat me down. I'm a Lover of tripe and was told this is the place for it. I was amazed at the taste of the tripe, best I've ever had including my own. The chef was frying up Lamb chops for another customer and gave me a chop to sample. This was a terrific day for food, ambiance and service. I felt like I was with family, Rocco sat with me and we chatted about commonalities. Some of the reviews I read are so ridiculous!! People complaining about getting charged for extra tomatoes and onions, etc. Go to the grocery store!!! Prices are high for EVERYONE!!! I'm sure this place pays for their produce and other products. I'm also 100% sure that they use quality ingredients, I know I tasted them and I was in the business for 36 years. If you haven't been here, you're missing out."
