"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server forgot our order, and after we finally received our food, we never saw him again. There was no refill on drinks, and I had to go to the hostess station to ask for a to-go box and then return for the bill. We also felt rushed, as we weren't given an appetizer with our meal. When I tried to address these issues, I was told I was mistaken, despite the fact that there were nine other people waiting for assistance. I ended up paying and leaving without resolution. My friends have decided not to return, and as the last member of our group, I won’t be going back either!"
