"The host was very, very rude and management should re-evaluate who they choose to be the face of their restaurant. I have never experienced this before nor am I the type to complain about such things but feel like I need to share my experience. I sensed an undertone of discrimination, maybe because my bf and I are asian. He was very welcoming and kind to the party in front of us, knew I was next in line but conveniently turned his back to us for over five minutes and decided to have a side conversation while we waited patiently. He then turned around and gave me a tight smile without saying anything and made me feel very uncomfortable. My res was for 7:45 and apparently my reservation was “cancelled” even though the restaurant texted me at 7:48 and I replied a confirmation that I was on the way (I was literally in the parking lot walking in). He then says to the waitress “They just showed up and its 7:52” even though most restaurants have a 15 minute waiting period. This honestly put a bad taste in my mouth before I even sat down. My crab cakes were full of shells and I could barely get through one. My bfs lobster roll was fine but nothing spectacular. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it so we just paid and left. It is very overpriced for what it is, you’re better off just going to one of the seafood markets like Shore Fresh. I will say our server was great, very kind and friendly. I had Rooneys the next day and was really impressed with both service and quality of food. Based on my experience at Bahrs I would not return."

"I loved the Do Drop Inn when i first moved to Pueblo West 7 yrs ago. Loved the buffet and the tasty variety of pastas, chicken piccada, meatballs n sausage, mashed potatoes, salad and a few choices of soups. Buffet went away during covid. It came back several months ago. My girlfriend and i came a few months ago. More expensive and less variety of foods. WE returned tonight and i Do believe that i won't be dropping in again. Simply disgusting. Undercooked meatballs in simultaneously bland and oddly spicy red sauce. The chicken piccada was a jumbled mess of rejected pieces when we arrived between 5 and 530- which i thought would make it prime time and fresh hot food. Others ate those pieces. I waited for them to refresh the chicken pieces. It took nearly a half hour for that to occur. The penn pasta was overcooked and mushy and starchy, and also in a bland and nasty red sauce. the salad bowl had nothing but tomatoes and diced celery and barely a piece of lettuce in it. There are still no returns of the soup. The pizza pies, which are usually nasty because the dough is undercooked and too sweet, were sitting cold under useless heat lamps. The mashed potatoes with the melted cheese on top and diced scallions were decent but also not as good as pre pandemic buffet. Buffet was moved from corner of the big room to a corner in the hallway leading to the rest rooms. Waitress never returned to ask me if i wanted a refill of water- until it was time for us to leave and my girlfriend gave me her water. I have a very strong and healthy digestive system. I also have not thrown up in nearly 40 years. Regardless, soon as we got home both of us had to rush to the bathrooms and spend a good 1/4 hour in there. All that fun for only about 16 dollars a piece! I also called respectfully several times months ago- to speak to a manager about getting the soups back on the buffet menu. I was assured each time that the manager would call me back. Never did i get a call back. I am sorry to say i am done with the Do Drop and now it's the Don't Drop inn and i will share my feelings with all visitors and friends who want to go out to eat!! If the Do Drop folks don't really want to do the buffet any more --just stop.....don't pretend you're still doing the buffet when it is absolutely ridiculously bad!"

"Amazing little restaurant full of fantastic people and incredible food! I 've only been here one time, but I can 't say enough good things about this restaurant and their staff. We are a couple of guys, members of a race team stuck in our 18-wheeler race car hauler at the TA truck stop just off I-70. We stopped here because they supposedly had an Iron Skillet Restaurant but that is closed because of covid. The last thing we wanted was another fast food meal. We looked on Google for a good sit-down restaurant and found Tony 's. Looked like they had great reviews. Called them to make sure they were actually open and they confirmed that they were open for dine-in until 9. I said that 's great, I 'll get a ride with Uber and be over there shortly . They said there is no Uber service here. Then offered to have their delivery driver come pick us up and take us to the restaurant, and then bring us back to our truck. I was floored! That is customer service! We asked him to pick us up at 7 and he was here at 7 on the DOT. Took us over to the restaurant where we had fantastic dinners and a couple of drinks. I had the sirloin which was cooked perfectly medium rare. Baked potato and green beans. Also cooked perfectly, I could drink the green bean juice it was so good. The salad that came with our meal was amazing. Not any salad out of a bag either, fresh chopped and diced ingredients. Cucumber, onion, tomato, real lettuce, not iceberg. We had the stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer, they are stuffed with cream cheese and fried in a light crispy batter. Get the Texas ranch, you won 't be disappointed. This advice is coming from a true Texan by the way. The service was fantastic, the place was clean, even the restrooms. We had a great time chatting with the servers, bartender and everyone there. Even the customers were a great crowd. If I could give this place six stars I would. Every time I pass through Ohio, I will make sure to stop at Tony 's!"
