"I encountered several issues with my recent order. Many of the items I wanted were unavailable, and a staff member called me shortly after to let me know that at least three of my selections were out of stock. As a result, I had to pick alternatives. I had originally paid for oxtails, which are a pricier option, but I was given barbecued chicken instead, since it was the only comparable substitute available. Although I was promised at least six pieces of chicken, I only received four, which is quite disappointing considering the cost I had already incurred for the oxtails. Furthermore, the portion sizes were deceptively small. I ordered five different meals, but they were all served on just three plates, leading to tiny portions that did not justify the high prices. I ended up spending over $80 on the entire meal, and what I received fell far short of my expectations. This experience left me wishing I had just cooked at home. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again."
