"Regarding the dishes, the shumai was decent in shape and served warm, but a bit dry on the inside. The flavor was acceptable, though it lacked that burst of juicy porkiness. It’s fine for a quick bite. The shrimp dumplings also fell short, lacking a strong shrimp flavor and missing the tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture we hoped for.
The standout dish for me was the pan-fried dumplings filled with garlic chives, pork, and shrimp. They were served piping hot and had a delightful crispiness, with a wonderful balance of savory meat and sweet garlic chives.
Overall, considering it's in the suburbs of Ohio, the experience wasn’t bad. However, if you're expecting something reminiscent of Chinatown or areas like Shanghai or Guangzhou, it’s best to temper your expectations. I would definitely drive 15 minutes to come back again."
