"We were exploring various dinner options when we discovered DE Thai, and we’re so glad we did. It’s arguably the best Thai food we’ve ever tasted. The spring rolls were fresh and filled with aromatic basil, mint, and shrimp, accompanied by a delicious peanut sauce. I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and opted for a level 7 on the spice scale. If you’re sensitive to heat, I recommend going for a milder option, as it was quite spicy. My wife chose the drunken noodles, which were cooked to perfection with fresh vegetables and basil. The dish was a delightful blend of umami flavors and various Thai spices. We also ordered the mango sticky rice to-go, and it was so good that we ended up fighting over it! The service was exceptional; our server was attentive and offered great recommendations. The restaurant is small, with only about six tables, so while we had no wait, please be aware that there isn’t much space. It was spotlessly clean and cozy, and we appreciated the lack of loud music, which made it easy to converse. We loved our experience and will definitely return the next time we’re in Vegas."
