My personal favorite is the Singapore Mei Fun—it's huge, so if you're ordering for yourself, one serving is more than enough. It can easily feed two people unless you have a big appetite or want to sample other dishes. In that case, I recommend pairing it with something like Hunan Chicken or Mongolian Beef. The egg rolls are quite greasy, so you might want to use a napkin to soak up some of the oil, but they're still amazing—crunchy and large!
