"This place is a mystery to customers AND staff. Clearly they do a bulk of their business under the other name on the sign. Their fish is exceptionally average as is the chicken. Their soda fountain machine is on point with the mix and the hush puppies are BANGIN! Go here just for the hush puppies and you won't be mad. Avoid everything else here at all costs until they take things more seriously and show up and show out."

"I would give this place a 5 star review if it deserved 5 stars, but it doesn 't. Where do I begin? Let 's say it was Wednesday of last week when I went to order the regular tender order with slim sauce, 2 extra sauce with a slim sandwich meal. All was fine, drove off and went home. Got home, opened the bag and my order everything was completely wrong. Wings instead of tenders, ranch instead of Slims and my sandwich order was missing fries! Called the location, talked to the Manager and was told, I 'm sorry, we can 't refund you anything and you can come up tomorrow and get that order of fries we missed and some tenders. Like what? Ain 't nobody got time for that. First off, Gas isn 't cheap unless it 's coming from me after some baked beans and it was YOUR fault for my incorrect order. Seems the IQ level of people at this location rival a squirrel and my pet rock from elementary school. 0/8 would not recommend."

"Our experience at this restaurant was a one-time thing for us. It was our first visit and it may very well be our last. On the plus side, they serve Coke products, which is a plus for us. The only hot item we had was the bone-in wings. Everything else, including the salad, chicken, ranch dressing, and fries, were all served at room temperature. The garlic parmesan sauce was delicious, but the bone-in wings lacked flavor on their own and relied heavily on the sauce for taste. The cashier, a thin and tall male, seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant ambiance was pleasant."

"I wish I had caught her name, but I completely missed it. Our waitress tonight was a very kind brunette. Unfortunately, my husband's drink accidentally slipped from her hand and spilled on him. It was an honest mistake, and she went out of her way to make it right, even though it wasn't necessary. I just want to express that she is an amazing waitress, and we will definitely be returning thanks to wonderful staff like her! I hope she doesn't feel bad about the accident; it was truly unintentional, and she was so sweet, especially considering the technical difficulties following the storm. Great staff!"

"This is the absolute worst long john silver's location with super rude workers. I always cut fast food workers some slack because it’s not fun making minimum wage and getting yelled at all the time by customers, but my god, the people working here are HORRIBLE. The girl who took my order said that they don’t have any fish items…at freaking long john silvers. Right after I asked, “there’s no fish at long john silvers?” but then she went back on what she said because they are made to order and I’d have to wait, which I didn’t mind at all. I ordered and they said they don’t have crumblies at this location, which is a lie because they’re literally just the bits you scrap out, but whatever I let it go again. But then they claimed that the 12 piece family meal must be 6 chicken and 6 fish, which is also a lie and you choose which you want (it’s literally on the website). The one girl dropped my change then couldn’t find it and claimed that they have to take it out of my change back, but I let it go because I know they would’ve got in trouble for having a short drawer. After all that, I pulled up, waited for my order then once they came they did the most aggressive hand off ever? Idk if they were just having a bad day or if I just have a very dislikable aura because they were absurdly rude. Oh also, Hayley/Hailey if you see this, I hope you're having a day"

The hushpuppy was unappetizing—greasy and overcooked, and when you broke it open, it was almost empty inside. If you hope to stay in business, I suggest getting new management. When I called to speak with the manager, it turned out to be the same person who served me at the window. They were unfriendly and unable to answer my questions properly, bluntly stating through the speaker that they could provide the information but wouldn't. All I wanted to know was the price of the chicken strips without a meal."

"I 've been to El Tesoro many times with my girlfriend, as we live just nearby. We both enjoy Mexican food regularly, and can confirm It 's one of the better fast casual Mexican places around. It 's one of our go to classics around the DalyCityPacificWestborough area. The food is always consistent, and I 've never had anything bad here. My personal favorites are thepollo en salsa or the Chile Verde pork. I usually go for the super burrito, great size, good price, and every entree item ororder of at least 2 tacos comes with free chips and a free salsa bar, which is excellent ????. Sadly not enough Mexican placesoffer their chips or salsa for free, but these always taste fresh. I run out of the restaurant chips and end up using some chipsfrom home to finish off the salsa it 's so good! This isn 't the best Mexican food I 've ever had, but it is tasty and for itsconsistency, price, and free sides, it can 't be easily beaten. The only drawback is that sometimes the staff are not exactlyfriendly, and food can take quite awhile if they have call in orders or others in line or seated in the restaurant."

"I hate to give Slim Chickens a less than stellar review, but I finally had a bad experience. The service is always great, so it had to happen eventually. And it 's really such a small thing. I ordered online, and added three cookies to my order, for a total of $17.64. My friend picked my order up and told me they said there were no cookies. I 'd ordered three. No $2.49 returned to my card, no Good for three free cookies on your next visit. card, nothing. Yeah, I know $2.49 is a very small amount, but it 's not good business to charge your customer for something you don 't have, and not refund the customer 's money when they come to pick their order up. I called the store, and after going days without being able to get anyone to answer the phone, I spoke to an employee, who told me that a manager would call me back within a couple of days. That was well over a week ago, regarding an order that was placed on the 26th. Guess that 's the way the cookie crumbles. Bad puns help numb the pain. I still love you, Slim Chickens."
