"I was at this Sonic location at 10:45 p.m. they are lacking customers service, there a lady and guy working, I approached the intercom and ask were they still open and no response and I ask again and lady very disrespectful and rules said what can, thelady said again what can i get you very rude never said Welcome to Sonic just what can I get you, I said , OK I would like toorder a medium fries, them I drove to drive up window very rude said cash or card. The lady gave me my order and the fries waswarm, half wasn't cook completely, causes they weren't solid, very limp and soft, not good to eat for a baby which we purchasedfor. Employee like her, need customer service class and make Sonic a bad restaurant for outstanding customer service."
