They seem to take a lot of inspiration from Taco Bell, but I appreciate supporting local, non-franchised businesses, and that's precisely what Mucho Taco is. I ordered a variety of items to get a good sense of their menu, and overall, I was quite pleased. The beef might not be heavily seasoned, but it's still tasty. The portion sizes are generous, the ingredients are of good quality, and the menu offers a nice range, even if some items resemble those found at Taco Bell. They may face challenges in a town that has plenty of authentic Mexican cuisine, but they seem to have carved out a niche as a drive-through taco spot that stands apart from Taco Bell."
