"I had a delightful experience at the restaurant, thanks to a fantastic employee whose name I unfortunately forgot despite checking her name tag. What I do recall is that she has been decorating cakes for over 30 years and provided exceptional customer service. We had a lovely conversation, during which I shared that I have a cousin in another parish doing the same type of work. She was incredibly creative and skilled at accommodating last-minute requests, especially for customers like me who weren’t quite certain about what they wanted. I also appreciated that they offer sherbet for those who are lactose intolerant. I'm hopeful they will expand their menu to include more lactose-free and allergen-free options in the future."
