"Consistency is key! Today, the attitude of the staff left much to be desired. When I kindly reminded the server about my order, he handed me a little bag of bacon that was supposed to be extra crispy, but it was anything but. Instead of apologizing, he carelessly tossed the bacon into a box as if he were shooting a basketball. It was clear he wasn’t the same cook who had prepared my breakfast the previous two Fridays. Now I’ll have to go home and finish cooking my bacon myself. Another coworker offered to prepare a new batch, but the cooking area was so off-putting that I didn’t trust anyone who didn’t understand basic customer service. Overall, I was very disappointed today."
