"This is the second time recently that I've ordered from Sonic and received the items I requested, but I got the coldest cheeseburger I've ever had—the cheese wasn't even melted. The delivery was quick, so I can't blame the dasher. However, Sonic didn't include any of the add-ons I asked for. Most recently, the hot dog with chili and cheese barely had any of either. The pretzel didn't come with any sauce, and I know there's an "apparent shortage" of cheese sauce, but they usually send mustard instead, and I didn't get that either. It's disappointing to spend so much on fast food and not even receive the simple items as ordered."
