"Yeah, it starts this way. Over the past few years, service has crashed! We often would come by and get sodas and snacks. The last 5 times over 6 weeks, every order was wrong. One order, my both kids plane burgers came with everything (plane was on the order slip . Next two times, wrong sodas. When someone asks for diet, it could be for medical reasons, just fyi. (Diet coke isn 't sticky! One time they ran out of my cup size, another time I ordered a medium, got a small. And this may just be a gripe, but they refused to come out and deliver during a little rain. That 's the reason for tips! That 's the fun of Sonic! Cant rate the food because it doesn 't come right, service is horrible, but I guess the place does always look clean."
