What on earth could they be doing in there? Expanding the brand themselves? Furthermore, the girl at the speaker seemed completely clueless and was just giggling when we reached the window. I have my suspicions about why it took so long, but I can't prove anything. To put it simply, we won't be making this our go-to coffee spot."
