"The food is good. We love the eggplant salad and the salad with Feta. I always order the ground beef and veal liver kebabs. Our server ordered the beef which has no flavor when we got it we sent it back. She insisted that we ordered the beef, and we can buy the ground beef. The owner must have told her to take it back. She took my husband's and after a while brought back 1 ground beef skewer. We asked why not both? She thought that my husband will eat my beef. She really needs to be trained for better customer service. The owner was kind, appologized and even treated us to a dessert. They did not charge us for the beef. Hopefully next time we won't have any server issues."

"This restaurant ranks among the best in Brooklyn. We frequently visit to celebrate special occasions or simply to relax on the balcony with a glass of wine. The food is of excellent quality, beautifully presented, and the service is quick and attentive. The decor is modern and sophisticated, adding to the overall experience. A special shout-out to Timofey, the most skilled and experienced waiter I've ever encountered. He remains calm and professional even when we make unreasonable requests, and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him."

"Very much a college bar feel and they operate as such. You cannot send your food back (which they state on their menu). Clearly they know there is a lack of quality in the food so severe that everyone was sending their food back. Anyway, on to our experience: Chicken and Waffles 4/5 this was the best thing we had by far. I would prefer the waffle a little more done, but it's all good. French Toast 0/5 no clue if it was good because it was so undercooked and soggy that we couldn't eat it Chilaquiles 1?/5 my friend ordered it and said the chips were stale. She didn't end up eating much of it **** Mary was pretty good and the Mimosas were a standard mimosa. As for a positive, seems like a good place to watch sports and have a few drinks."

"It had been a few years since I visited Barnie's and I was really looking forward to the food and coffe but I was extremely disappointed. For lunch I had half of a cuban sandwich with chili and they were both cold and bland. The chili tasted too sweet, and it didn't have enough of a rich broth to aid in flavor. The half sandwich was very small and dry. The person preparing it even left a small piece of deli paper inside of it which was so careless. As far as the coffee goes it was bland and not the quality and flavor I would expect from a coffee roaster. Customer service was fine and the only reason why I didn't rate this place lower. It's unfortunate to see a Winter Park establishment go down in quality like that."

"The cashiers frequently make errors, so it's essential to review your receipt before leaving. Moreover, the staff seems to lack basic customer service etiquette, as greetings and expressions of gratitude are noticeably absent, and their appearance could use improvement. While D'Agostino on 1st Ave is more expensive, it offers a significantly better experience."
