"I used to really enjoy going to this place because it was so close to my home, the coffee was excellent, the customer service was top-notch, and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Paying $8.50 before tip for a 20oz iced white chocolate mocha is just ridiculous. It's easy to see why there aren't any long lines these days. I got my drink at 9:00 AM on a weekday, and I was the only customer there, both before and after I left."
