"Elegance Cafe went above and beyond to create a gluten-free cake for me on short notice. I wanted to surprise my husband with the news of our baby’s gender after my 20-week ultrasound. Unfortunately, he couldn't attend one of the ultrasound appointments due to COVID, so I thought this cake would be a perfect way for us to share that moment together! I brought the unopened envelope from the ultrasound to the bakery, and the wonderful staff was eager and enthusiastic to help with my surprise. I am so grateful – the cake not only looked fantastic but was also incredibly delicious. This experience created a precious memory for us. Thank you, Elegance Cafe!
