"First time here and we really enjoyed our experience! The outdoor feel and music reminded me of almost the swim up bar scene at our favorite Mexican resort. The staff is beyond friendly and attentive felt so well taken care of. We got the mixed fajitas that comes with beans and rice, cubano and fried yuca fries. Make sure for the yuca you ask for the special garlic sauce it’s a game changer. Great crowd and for summer Friday nights I can’t think of anything better!"

"I ordered the Chicken Tajin, which was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. My wife had the Lamb and Kafta, along with Hummus and Baba Ghanoush. She claimed the Hummus and Baba Ghanoush were the best she’s ever tasted. However, she thought the lamb could have been more tender."

"The seafood at this restaurant is fantastic. I tried the lunch shrimp and they were large and delicious. The portion size was generous, as I could not finish the shrimp and the tasty slaw. My partner ordered the catfish and fries, which were also plentiful and hot from the fryer. The staff was friendly and well-informed. Other customers seemed pleased with their fish and grits as well. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!"

"I discovered this restaurant by chance while I was out. I ordered a BBQ banh mi sub with seitan. While I'm not usually a fan of seitan, I decided to give it a try. Personally, I thought they could have added more to the sandwich, but the beets were abundant. The topping (which I can’t quite remember the name of) had a nice flavor but didn't taste like seitan. I was a bit surprised when I asked them to include broth on the side, but they accommodated me. The next time I visited, I noticed they had added it to their POS system. I really enjoy their drinks, and my daughter loves them too! I ordered a taro shake, and the staff member made sure to ask if I wanted soy milk or coconut milk before preparing it, as I had ordered a vegan sandwich. I truly appreciated that attention to detail and left feeling quite satisfied. This was my third time visiting, and I must say, it’s quite affordable. It’s a great stop when you’re on the go!"

"I was somewhat surprised by my experience at this restaurant. Despite being well into the post-pandemic era, they still maintain stringent precautions, which can make the service more time-consuming and complex. Customers can't dine inside and must order from outside, making it difficult to communicate with double-masked staff. Additionally, there is a charge for using credit cards, and the menu is a la carte with additional fees for items like burgers. Parking is limited, the building is outdated, and signage needs maintenance. The burger portions are small, ranging from 1/5 to 1/4 pound. Despite these shortcomings, the Fatburger I had was decent tasting. Overall, this place offers a fancy but low-quality dining experience with slow service, complicated transactions, and an average burger in Sacramento."

"I ubered here and as soon as I got out I saw it said it was closed. I tried going on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 1pm and was really looking forward to trying here for the first time. I couldn’t find any notice or update on why it was closed. I tried calling but no answer. So I wasted an Uber ride and had to walk another 12 min to tram’s kitchen. Not sure if it means the restaurant is permanently or temporarily closed and Google maps didn’t update, or we just got unlucky…"

"Just ordered here. Salmon combo with a side of potato salad. Reviewing while eating in my car. The salmon is decent. Rice a bit salty. 2 stars is more so for the lady at the register. Total came out to around $8 i knew that was low but first time here so iwasn?t aware of their specials/prices.. then she said she didn?t charge me for the salmon. I?m like okay thinking it would be anadditional $8. Why did i get charged an additional $18 just for the salmon on top of the $8 i already spent. To me that?s a lotfor this type of restaurant. Won?t be back. That was enough for me to know it?s not worth it."

"We just celebrated our mom's 80th birthday at Upper Crust Queens, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was incredible! We sampled a variety of dishes, starting with several appetizers including the spicy salmon rolls, mozzarella sticks, and truffle fries—all were delicious! We also had a few salads and a quinoa bowl, which were all tasty. The vegetarian chicken parmesan was a standout, as was the sourdough crust pizza—both were exceptional! For dessert, we indulged in some amazing treats: s’mores pizza, hot apple crumble, fried Oreos, and a decadent hot fudge cake with ice cream. Everything was simply wonderful! Our server, Gabe, was outstanding. He managed our large party and the various complicated orders with ease and a cheerful demeanor. Overall, it was a lovely dinner and a perfect celebration in a beautiful restaurant! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Upper Crust in Flushing!"
