"Al Johnson's restaurant offers a unique experience, featuring goats on the roof—though we missed them due to the hot weather—and Swiss art. However, the seating area felt quite crowded. We took a while to get settled, during which a bald waiter observed us impatiently. I ended up in a spot where servers kept swinging plates above my head multiple times.
The food was an interesting experience, but it wasn’t particularly memorable or something I would rave about; it was simply a filling meal. Given the prices, I expected either better food, larger portions, or a more reasonable cost. On a positive note, the waitstaff were dressed in Swiss attire, and our waitress was attentive and understanding.
Unfortunately, right after finishing my meal, I started feeling car sick and thought the food wasn't settling well. When I attempted to head to the restroom, a waitress at the entrance informed me that I needed to go across the lawn and around the building to find another set of restrooms. I found this instruction rude and inconsiderate, and as I navigated through the crowded area with a queasy stomach, I worried that I might embarrass myself.
Overall, between the crowded seating, the unhelpful staff, and the inconvenient restroom situation, I wouldn’t choose to return. Although having goats on the roof is a fun feature, it didn't enhance my experience that day."
