"The Wing Factory offers a great selection of chicken wings, ranging from sweet and mild to extremely spicy. They also have a nice menu for kids. However, be ready for a wait when you visit. The service can be quite slow, even during less busy times, and it's not unusual to wait around 10 minutes for the staff to take your drink orders. If you have a limited lunch break, this might not be the best spot for you."

"I had a craving for some wings. I have passed by this spot a million times and opted to give them a try. I arrived around 5pm. There were only a few patrons inside. There were more staff present than guests. I imagine they anticipate a larger crowd as the night progressed. Our wait staff wa helpful. She said she typically works at the buckhead location but was helping out at the Cumberland location. We opted to try the wing meal. It comes with one side. If you want celery and carrots there is an additional charge. There is also an up charge to get more than one wing sauce, and to opt for only flats!! Honestly, I am not a fan of all the up charges. What started as a $13 meal turned into a $16 meal after all the extra fees. The lemon pepper seasoning was good. The reason for the mediocre rating is because the food was not fresh. It appeared that everything was just reheated. I also do not like the fact that the wings are actually wingettes. I really wish restaurants would stop calling them wings! They are a third of the size of a wing. The Tater tots are not good. The veggies were ok but again did not appear to be freshly prepared. In addition to the food being mediocre, the place was not clean. It appeared that a table left a mess and no one wanted to clean the mess up. It was not a good look. Needless to say This spot is not on my top list of places for wings."
