"We got there 2 hours before closing. The server took 1 order of drinks, we sat there with 2 empty glasses for an hour. We tried waving the waitress down and she would just walk past us. Eventually I asked one of the crew members if he could get us some drinks and he said he was not allowed to serve, and he would get the waitress for us. We saw when he went and told her about our table and she still didn 't come over to our table. 15 minutes before closing this other employee approached us and asked how she could help us. I said we 've been waiting for our waitress we 've been trying to get more drinks. She then proceeded to tell us that they already had their last call and she could no longer serve us any more beer. I told her we had been trying to get a hold of the waitress or somebody for at least 40 minutes. She then said she wouldn 't serve us. I asked for the check, the waitress finally approached us, she took my card and I said, it would of been nice if we got a heads up on the last call for drinks and her response to that was, yeah I was cashing other costumers out did not even apologize for ignoring our table for a whole hour. TERRIBLE customer service, still so upsted I 'm taking the time to write this review. Got 1 drink each while there from 8pm-10pm."
