"So disappointed. It's difficult to understand how such a big corporation of a restaurant and popular name in the Latin America industry can lose the sense of keeping popular cuban restaurants alive. I ordered breakfast today from Sergio's through uber eats. Within my order we're a few cheese tequeños that we're all completely raw in the inside. This is not the first time I experience this at this location. This would be the 3rd time. Additionally, You can tell that the tequeños are not made completely authentic. It's basically cheap dough and they place cheese sticks in the middle, roll it up and bake it. At the same time you would think that by choosing the fastest way to bake tequeños that at-least they would get the baking temperature correctly. I won't be coming here for a while. Sergio's needs to step it up and take another look at who ever they got in charge in that kitchen. A customer can get extremely sick just by eating raw dough. Two things can happen. A customer gets extremely sick to the point to try to sue the restaurant chain OR a very cruel person that are out to get people and call the county and send the department of health and sanitation. I'm only here to let you know that's it's been 3x we order from this Sergio's and the food is raw. Best of luck, and I really hope you take my comment into consideration."

"We catered a lunch last week and it was a disaster. The lunch showed up an hour and a half late and when I called to speak to someone I kept getting the run around. I finally spoke to a manager Yei and she totally made up for it. She provided lunch for us today and it was EXCELLENT!!! The food was fresh and on time! They totally redeemed themselves! GREAT JOB!!! We are extremely happy with the outcome!"

"The service and food at this restaurant is beyond stellar! We booked the private room for a graduation celebration, and everything was amazing. Our servers, Leo and Maria made sure that our food was exceptional. From the moment we sat down, they were attentive and friendly. They gave us recommendations on the dishes and explained the menu in great detail.Throughout the entire dinner, the servers were always attentive to our needs. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks or for extra cutlery, as the waiters anticipated our needs and did so before we even asked.Additionally, the waiters also made sure that our food was hot and presented well. Each dish was served with elegance and creativity. They were also very patient with us when we had questions about certain dishes. They were able to meet the specific needs of our huge party with ease.Overall, my experience at Sergio's restaurant was excellent thanks to the good service of Leo and Maria. I will definitely be back and recommend the restaurant to everyone!!!"

"I just picked up lunch at the Sergios' on Bird Road and 93rd. I ordered the two mini slider fritas, eight croquetas and Russian salad. Well, I opened the sliders since they fritas looked so slim and disappeared inside the bread. They didn't look anything like the slider mini fritas in their website. It appears that they cut one frita into two halves and put each half inside each of the slider breads. And the cod croquetas? Yes, they were croquetas, and eight of them, but NONE had any cod inside. We tried them all., believe me they tasted like cod but there was not a trace of cod in any of them. Shame on you! This food was horrible. I did not get what I paid for. We trashed the fritas and the croquetas and I only ate the Russian salad. I feel cheated."
