"Curious, I checked out the new menu, and to my disappointment, not only had the prices increased, but many of my favorite sushi items were no longer available. I decided to give it a try anyway and ordered three rolls: two new Chef's Specials and a classic crunchy roll. Unfortunately, the Bonsai Tree roll was missing one piece and was quite small. The crunchy roll and rainbow roll were falling apart, and the seafood lacked flavor and quality. Considering how much I paid and my past experiences with their old menu, I expected a lot more from this place. From now on, I’ll be going to Simply Thai for my sushi, as it offers much better quality."

"after a doctors appointment for mykids on forest park, meand my two children went to this location yesterday at around 3pm 10/4/22 my 4 year old got the kids chicken tender meal, and my 17 year old got the boneless chicken plate . i ordered the 8 0z steak plate medium well and the hot cheetos wings for allof us to try . the wings were ok but but hot cheetos crumbs were mostly on the plate the breading was terrible back to my medium well steak, when i tried to cut it , it was very tough and extra well done , calledthe waitress and they took my plate back and remade it. At this point when they brought my steak dinner back for the second time, 30 mins later i asked for a to-go box because we had somewhere to be. long story short , when i got to my destination 10 mins later i cut into my steak and it was still tough and NOT medium. i couldn’t eat it, it was horrible , my oldest daughter asked for a bite an could barely chew it . never will i return back there again. and the staff acts as if the customers are the problem ."

"Had friends from the city yesterday and they decided to have breakfast at this Panera in Johnstown. We were all very disappointed by some things you should consider. They don't drink coffee, so they ordered Pepsi as their drink proposal. There was no pepsi in the well machine. My friend told two different people who said they had someone to fill it up for him. We sat almost an hour and no one came to fill the pepsi for them. What disgusted us was the ladies' room. There was an employee who changed clothes and combed her long hair in the handicap rod. When I came in, her boots and a lump of her long dark hair placed on the floor. There was no toilet paper in there. So I decided to go to the other stable, and what was left was sitting on the floor!!! How disgusting and disgusting. No toilet paper in both stands in the toilet paper area hanging on the wall. I mentioned it to an employee who assured me that someone would take care of this problem. But that didn't happen during our visit. One employee told me they were short-occupied, but such things should not be overlooked!! Very disappointed to say the least. I honestly expect a better cleanliness and a better service from Panera."

"I don't know what's going on with Panera. I know finding help is now very hard BUT at least keep the equipment working so you can serve the customer. And for those that get hired make sure they understand how to HELP the customer. Saying it's not my problem or I can't help isn't the answer. Just refer to the manager and let them take the heat. Attitude when at work destroys your opportunity for future employment especially if the business fails. Kudos to the young man at the counter though that stepped out of the box and figured out how to help the customer."

"I only had to wait a short while in line when the cashier, Heidi, came out from behind the counter to greet an elderly woman with a hug. While I was browsing the menu, I was offered assistance twice. Heidi then told me that because I patiently waited while she greeted the woman, I would receive a complimentary drink. I've been to several Panera locations across various states, but this one was my favorite. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was delightful. I'll definitely be coming back!"

"With the online order from your table ap, Panera has become my place of choice for a healthy and customizable meal. I go in, get a cup, get my iced tea (Acai Berry Green Tea, my favorite with lemon slices) and sit down. Ordering from my iPad and eating magically appears Each product contains calorie counting and as you add or subtract ingredients, see the new total by careful selection I can have a large bowl of delicious vegetable soup and a salad with lots of protein ( chicken and steak) but with BBQ sauce and cilantro, etc. instead of BBQ ranch, the entire meal comes at 600 calories. NOTE on PANERA: Chocolate Brownie is NOT 170 calories. This number has been there for two months, I have emailed you and the manager in the café, where I usually eat states that he emails you, and your own printed literature there are 500 calories. Only inaccuracy I've ever found, but REALLY must fix as well as your feedback system if you don't change the online menu list ignored according to my and your internal feedback."

"Modern, friendly environment. Pricey. They were out of regular coffee. I 'm not sure what the three people do behind the counter while nobody is ordering but they could be put to good use by checking the coffee. It wasn 't a busy time of day. I told them they were out of coffee and the gal asked me Did you want us to make more coffee? That was a bizarre question to ask! Their online menu is way outdated. They no longer have all of the fancy breads they used to be known for. One of the guys said they only have white or wheat bread. Thankfully the gal overheard us and was able to correct him because they had one other option which I ended up ordering. My meal came to $19.50 after tax. It was the turkey cranberry sandwich, a bowl of soup and a cup of coffee. Everything was pretty good. Sandwiches come with a cookie of your choice and they have a decent variety. Customer service and pricing could be better! This visit was on Sunday May 16th."

"I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, a diet soda, mac and cheese, and 2 cookies.I got home and noticed they gave me regular soda. On the second bite of my sandwich I pulled out a 5 inch hair. I 'm done.I immediately returned to the store. I stood in line for a few minutes, then returned the sandwich and soda and asked for a refund, which they provided.However, I would have thought I would have received an apology, an offer to remake the food, or anything for my trouble. Nope. Not even a simple sorry for the issue . Nothing. And zero concessions on my now cold mac cheese.I don 't usually write bad reviews, but this experience was worthy of one.I will not return."

"It was a warm spring day. I don 't normally get ice cream, but I had a hard day and I thought I deserved it. I wanted a little cup of chocolate custard with rainbow sprinkles, so that is exactly what I ordered. The worker placed an order on the counter- chocolate ice with rainbow sprinkles smushed into it. It looked putrid. I thought surely, this can not be my order but, because I was the only person there (besides my friend who accompanied me , I knew it had to be mine. I am not the type of person to correct when my order is wrong because I am in the food service industry and I understand how annoying it can be. I gained the confidence and got her attention to tell her that I recalled ordering custard. She looked at me and said No, you did not. I was baffled. I would have never said this to one of my customers (especially because I had a witness who could testify that I ordered custard. With much attitude, she followed up, Well, do you want custard? Of course I wanted custard, I wouldn 't even be asking if I actually wanted chocolate ice with sprinkles (if this is your order I 'm sorry, but it looked atrocious Even though I was feeling very embarrassed in front of this worker, I replied, Yes, please, if you don 't mind, I 'm really sorry. Reluctantly, she took it to the back. When she returned I almost had to do a double take. She had just put the custard on TOP of the sloppy mess. I was bewildered. She had somehow made it look even worse. I felt like I was in a bad dream. Defeated, I took the cup off the counter and walked away. There is no way she genuinely believed that adding custard to the top would solve the problem but I was scared to see what she would do to my ice cream if I asked her to fix it again. Needless to say, I will be wary coming back to this establishment, as I am scared to see this worker ever again."

"Major language barrier at this location! My first time reviewing on yelp. I tried on three occasions to call in a $300 order to only get a person who can't understand me,then hang up on me when I ask for someone who can. My daughter also has had issues calling and the phone just rings and never gets answered. She also has had her food on numerous occasions prepared wrong because of language barrier. I decided to go in last Saturday Oct 21 to place the $300 order for next day pickup and I mentioned the issues to management to be told I would have less of a issue if I go to your Seabrook location. Lost my business instantly."
