"eating was terrible, the service was worse. I originally went to Juicy-o in naperville and my experience was great! I thought I had the same experience here, but I was so wrong. server was rude and had a posture, didn't give us water until we asked and got in 25 minutes later, young teenage boys who are inexperienced wearing masks on their kines are doing a terrible work cleaning the tables, we had to change tables because crumbs and eating were abandoned by previous customers. if we were asking for straw or cutlery, we were not accused of giving an apologies on our table at first place. Eat was terrible! I burned avocado toast with hardly avocado, no salt, no pfeffer. I left my whole plate. my man asked for banana caramel pancakes, which is on the menu, are filled with bananas, then with caramel and bananas above. it was a simple pancake with few pieces of banana. we left 90% of our foods and let a $55 bill for the worst experience ever pay. Dennys or ihop would have been better."
