"Yesterday, I had a disappointing experience at the Stone Ridge Vocelli Pizza store. The manager was unhelpful regarding an incident that occurred with our pizza in the parking lot. My son went inside to pick up the pizza, and while trying to open the car door, it slipped out because one of the flaps wasn't secured. He felt too embarrassed to go back in and speak to the manager, so he asked me to handle it.
I explained what happened to the manager, but he showed no understanding or willingness to help. He insisted that store policy wouldn't allow for any resolution and simply said, “Have a good day.” I even offered to bring the whole pizza back to show that all the slices were intact, but he still refused to assist us. All I wanted was a replacement or a refund—nothing more than what I had already paid for.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had, and the customer service at this location is lacking. The staff is consistently rude, even when answering the phone."
