"I have not been here in awhile. And when I say awhile, I was here when they had tokens and the bouncy ball thing.. So I brought the kids so they can put some tokens into the machine to find out that they no longer use tokens. It's all with a swipe of a card. At first the kids were pretty sad about the tokens, but for me it worked out easier. They each got a card. You can add min or points. If you add min they start as soon as you get the card and is non stop. When you get points it's 2 to three points per game.. The cards can be paused if running min.. So either way its cool. If your child is a slow player then the min running time would probably be better. It's less of a hassle for a parent to try to keep up with the tokens.. Pretty easy to use for a child. It's like speed pay at the gas station.. The environment was not to crowded. Got a table kind of in the middle on the side so I can see each child in every direction. We had pizza, chin Ken wings buffalo bone in, some drinks and the salad bar. The salad bar was nicely put together. Everything was fresh and properly organized. The food came to the table in a timely manor. The pizza was nice and fresh. The children had fun running around and having fun with their cards. Chuckie came out and did a little routine. Handed out some free tickets. Now my thing is everything is so expensive here. Even if you grab some coupons you will spend on just the food alone. It would be nice if the things that the children could by with their winnings were actually reasonable.. You need a thousand tickets for the smallest things.if your child really wants to take something home you have to have a million tickets... Well maybe not a million but a thousand... Other than that the place was clean. They have great parking and are wheelchair accessible. The staff was nice and friendly and were kind and helpful.. This was a last min decision and it worked out great. The children ate, played and had fun learning to budget their token cards... The bathrooms could use a little more love and attention. The toilet paper is so hard to come off the role. You get a little frustrated trying to pull it piece by piece as it continues to rip... There was something thrown on the floor in every stall. I had to pass 3 of them to get to one that was about as clean as it could get. It smelled good though.. Nice clean music great place to take your children and try to get a little relaxation in if you can while they run around. They do have free wifi if you are needing to get a little work down on your laptop while they play.... Enjoy"

"Chuck E. Cheese has been the biggest disappointment to date of any establishment I have visited. The establishment is annoyingly loud, not loud because of the kids, but loud because of all the background noise. The speakers are blasting music at what I would guess is full volume along with every game in the arcade seems to have its volume jacked up to the max. It is so obnoxiously loud in there, that just exiting the establishment was the best part of the visit. The food was mediocre at best. A pizza, 4 drinks, and a thing of wings (glorified chicken nuggets) was a charge of 50 bucks. To top it off, the pizza wasn't even thoroughly cut thru. Then you have to purchase a card to load time on that starts at 17 bucks and goes on from there for your kids to play the games and ride on stuff. Some of the ride on stuff takes pictures with your kids on it. Unfortunately, not too many people knew this judging by the stack of photos that other kind parents had put on top of the machines. I don't see how this place gets 4 start reviews unless parents just drop their kids off, leave them there and return to pick them up at a later time. Back to the time cards for playing games it states you need to put your playing on pause on the back of the card, but the employees told us that it only uses minutes when the card is swiped. This brings us to the headache of using this card to activate the machines. If we were lucky we were able to get the arcade machine going by the 3rd try. Some didn't work at all. The best part for my son was the minion whack-a-mole. May try it again, but this experience was a bit lackluster."

"Chuck E. Cheese has been modernized. The animatronics are no longer, replaced by a video board. It still has a lot of games adults will remember, and a lot of more modern ones, Gone are the days of cups of tokens, instead you are given play cards with minutes to use on games. Tickets earned on skill games are also applied to the card, which then can be used to purchase toys and other items from the counter. There is a cool addition to the floor: a dance screen/game with character images that scatter when the screen is stepped on. No lie that I got the giggles watching unsuspecting adults step on the screen and have a moment of disorientation. The facility itself is clean and the tables are well-spaced. Unlike other restaurants, it does not feel uncomfortably crowded when busy. The pizza is better than I remember, but it 's not blow your mind great. But let 's be honest: it is a sideshow for the games and Chuck E Cheese appearances. The salad bar is well-stocked with plenty of fresh greens veggies, and some other fairly delicious sides. There is only one drink size, which is okay if you want to waste drinks, or have kids take them to the car. Price-wise, Chuck E. Cheese is not cheap. The price is a bit higher than ordering from Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, or Dominos. The premium is the price paid for being an attraction over a regular pizza place. The cost reminds me of Terrance Mann 's (James Earl Jones) dramatic monologue in Field of Dreams (1989): People will come ... . They’ll come ... for reasons they can’t even fathom. They’ll turn into your driveway, not knowing for sure why they’re doing it. They’ll arrive at your door, as innocent as children, longing for the past. “Of course, we won’t mind if you look around,” you’ll say, “It’s only twenty dollars per person. And they’ll pass over the money without even thinking about it, for it is money they have and peace they lack. Chuck E. Cheese is a destination pizza place for families and children. If you 're an adult who went as a child, you will not get the full nostalgia feeling. If you 're a kid, or a kid at-heart, you will enjoy your time."

"We paid for our party on an invisible system they have in place to keep the children safe and ensure that everyone is accounted for. It may seem sad that such measures are necessary in today's world, but I commend them for taking safety seriously. The place was clean, which was a pleasant surprise. I used the card machine to purchase some play cards, just enough to enjoy a few games. As I experienced a wave of nostalgia, I found myself wanting to play all the games, although I quickly realized that I'm no longer a child. A few machines were broken, but everyone still had a great time. Most importantly, the kids were having fun, and that’s what really matters. They seemed well-prepared for the birthday celebration, with labeled tables and everything set up for the event. There were countdowns for the next activities, which kept things organized. The young lady overseeing our party, possibly a manager, was very friendly and helpful. Now, onto the food: a few pizzas were served along with pitchers of lemonade. I was quite hungry, so I grabbed a few slices, and to my surprise, it wasn't bad at all. I don't mean that as an insult; children's food at these kinds of places is often pretty basic, and kids usually just gobble it up. I wouldn’t rank it among the worst pizzas I’ve ever had — Chuck E. Cheese seems to have it figured out. The characters in costumes came out, sang songs, and the cake was brought out as the kids had a blast. Overall, it seemed like everyone enjoyed themselves. The staff remained friendly, even as the place started to get busier. It was a pretty good experience overall."

"Ok, let me just be honest here, When I and my family went it was only because my little cousin was having a birthday party there, And boy was I wrong to assume it was nice, I still remember the drive there, The building was so tiny and tucked away that I thought it was drug store, And once you walk in there you know you've made a HUGE mistake, First, They make you put on these itchy stamp's and they give guests of the party A BAGE THAT SAY'S TWO HOURS?! and the little birthday princess gets of scot free, next there's these tiny little table's that I guess your supposed to sit on, Ok I just did some research and found out they are made for first graders. FIRST GRADERS!!!!!!!!! Then you just go and play video game's and don't even socialize with the person that dragged you down here in the first place! And the video games are just a waste of paper, They give you a ****'s worth amount of tickets! And then they have this little thing called a kiosk that stop's them from money grabbing you just once, like what if you want to play a game and them come back?! And just when you think it can't get any worse.... IT DOES!!!!!!! Real quick I just want to point out that this place looks so similar to Fnaf, There's the stage, the animals that look like the fictional characters and they serve, you guessed it PIZZA. Then they have little chucky came and slap you on the back or high five you, WOH, little guy I'm not some dumb little kid that you can miniplate! You better watch it I'm gonna call the friggin police! So yah, The chuck the chesse the review on you. I hope you change Chuck E chesse, You can't go forever ripening money out of people's hand's forever, you know. And also, the prize's suck to. (I had to select a date but they did not let me select a long time ago). I'm not some stupid kid anymore chucky haha Frig you Chucky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just don't listen to the date. This also did not happen during covid. And I'm on a strict diet so I did not eat the pizza but It looked terrible, But who am I to judge, You know. K now I'll shut up."

"I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a child. My 3yr olds been asking since seeing ads on YouTube videos. Can't speak for others but this (Cass Ave location was super convenient and really clean/maintained nicely. I'd say it's great more for younger school age children due to mostly ride ons and small section of ticket games. It was perfect for us since I had two young ones. They loved the ride ons!! The pizza was surprisingly tasty! Crispy crust and good flavor to the sauce. We just got combo one Lg pizza and 4 drinks. You get your paper plates and cups in a little bag and your pizza gets delivered to the table. Free refills. With purchase of a combo you get 10% off time or point purchases for rides/games. Also random but i loved that they have the old school fountain drink spouts vs the single touch screen soda because I swear all the drinks taste better and not like a mishmash of all soda. Many hand sanitizer dispensers throughout and an amazing idea they stamp all in your party with a blacklight number so that no one could possibly leave with your child! They checked us on the way out to make sure! Only reason for 4? is that when I complained about the milk jug game not giving my tots all the balls promised on screen, a man (management of some type? gave me some explanation about how if you reach too far in the game will stop play immediately ummm they are 3 and 1.5... of course they may throw wonky or release their throw past the line. He was by no means rude but it felt a bit inconsiderate. If it's annoying or happens often just put up a mesh netting across the throw line. Also it was a SINGLE point he was returning to the card so felt even more trivial"
