"I had a TERRIBLE experience with my son 's first birthday party. They provided awful customer service leading up to the event, and when I wrote a letter of complaint after it was over, I never even got a response. Basically, they had never indicated that all correspondence was going to take place electronically through email. I kept calling, and no one would call me back. Instead they would just email me. I 'm not an email person, so I wasn 't getting their emails. I was confused about why I was leaving important messages about allergy questions, headcount, etc., and no one was getting back to me. Well, I finally got in touch with someone the day of the event, and he was like, Oh, haven 't you been getting my emails? One would think that if you 're emailing someone, and they 're not getting back to you, you would call them. Especially considering they emailed me to ask me if they could move the location of my party, and then did it anyway without my input or approval. Then I ended up being overcharged because they emailed me for my headcount, which is an email I didn 't see, so they charged me for the anticipated headcount that I gave them when I booked. Even though I had called and left voicemails a week prior to the event saying that I wanted to give my headcount, which I have a record of on my cell phone as proof. These people don 't care about their customers at all. Do not work with this restaurant unless you want to be ignored or you don 't mind a completely impersonal experience."
