"I was impressed at the level of the culinary invention that rival restaurants in much larger, competitive cities. The lavender limonade was colorful and tasteful in both senses of the word. Pork salimbocca! Who knew that pork would be so perfect for the sublime taste of salt imboccas capers and lemon. Incredibly fresh and lovely. The Medjool dates appetizer was also innovative, a clever combination of unexpected aromas with chorizo and bacon. Even the bread plate was unusual and new, with small rounds that like Yorkshire pudding beats, and a Chili Cornbread with tomato jam. The atmosphere is so attractive with high ceilings, a rustic yellow brick wall, dark wood and paintings everywhere. I felt so happy after this meal great aromas, beautiful surroundings and a really pleasant evening out."
