"The kitchen, and atmosphere is amazing. But the food wasn’t anything special.A lot of semolina, basic pastas extruded for machinery rather than handcrafted, elegant pasta, that you would receive from an authentic experience.Terrible staff didn’t feel welcome at all.also it was sad to see that no one truly enjoyed themselves all of my company wasn’t pleased with any and of any of the stories I told them from opening week and I started working there to help open the restaurant. The owner, Andrew is a very temperamental, rich kid that still lives off of his parents money. It takes a vantage of a lot of cooks and chefs in the kitchen industry around the Pittsburgh area.Myself and a lot of other cooks and chefs, he owes money to that he refuses to pay.It sickens me that this man is still in business, but that’s only because his parents pour the money into it.I really hope that Andrew can realize that he can’t treat people that way and continue to get away with it. I hope one day he can finally find help and figure out what he really needs in life."
