"As a tea enthusiast who frequents tea rooms regularly, I was excited to visit the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City for the first time. However, I was disappointed to find that the tea room was a windowless conference room with harsh lighting and a large screen TV playing a sports channel in the corner. This environment did not lend itself to a special or enjoyable tea experience. I was particularly disappointed because I had brought guests with high expectations for a luxurious and elegant experience. The servers were attentive and the tea itself was good, but the accompanying baked goods were inconsistent in quality. Overall, the lackluster atmosphere of the tea room detracted from what could have been a more pleasant experience at such a prestigious establishment."
