"I wanted to rate this restaurant, but my order was canceled by them. I placed a delivery order and, despite the reviews, decided to give it a try. Less than a minute later, I received a notification that the restaurant had canceled my order and was not accepting orders today. They are supposed to be open until 7 pm, and I ordered at 3:30 pm for some pupusas. Instead of canceling, they could have suggested alternative items that were available. The mall is never busy, so I don’t understand why they couldn’t fulfill a single order of five pupusas. On top of that, they charge extra for cabbage and sauce, which is disappointing."
