"When our food arrived, my steak was undercooked, and my fiancé's Buffalo dip was cold—although the bowl it came in was hot, which made no sense. To add to our frustration, the waitress took a long time to check on our table. We found ourselves trying to catch her attention to request items like sauces and straws while she hurried past. It was often a struggle to get her to acknowledge us at all; we would say thank you or ask for drinks, and she rarely responded.
The only bright spot of our meal was the wings—those were actually quite good—and the greeter who welcomed us. However, the overall experience was disappointing, and we won't be coming back."
